foreclosures (REOs) - A class of property owned by a lender, typically a bank,
after an unsuccessful sale at a foreclosure auction.

Commercial Sales –
Includes office buildings, industrial property, medical centers, hotels, malls,
retail stores, shopping centers, farm land, multifamily housing buildings,

Alex Salazar – Got
involved in the business while still in high school (1999) working as a real
estate assistant, then as a Realtor in 2006. BA in Small Business Management
and Entrepreneurship from Devry University 2007. Bilingual – English/Spanish
Lucy Salazar – Real Estate Agent since 2001.
Graduated from BusinessCollege with honors.
Involved in the community with a strong emphasis in real estate. Has 25 yrs of
accounting background and a certification in short sales. Bilingual - English/Spanish.
